Online Auction: March 18 – April 8, 2011
Touchstone Auction goes online! In conjuction with our traditional evening silent and live auction, we are pleased to announce the addition of an online auction to this year’s event. The online auction is hosted by Biddingforgood.com whose mission is to provide comprehensive online auction platforms for non-profit organizations. Not only does the Biddingforgood website allow us to customize Touchstone’s auction, but it also allows supporters of Touchstone to donate items and services directly online. In addition, as users of biddingforgood.com’s services, Touchstone is eligible for items which biddingforgood.com receives as donations, such as a trip to Mexico, courtesy of TripAdvisor. Most importantly, this website opens up Touchstone’s auction to bidders all across the United States, thus allowing us to significantly increase the dollars raised and also grants Touchstone the publicity which is so critical to us. Don’t worry – we are still able to maintain the feeling of a community auction by limiting certain items to our community only!

Once you’ve had a chance to donate, click on “refer a friend” and send the email onto your relatives and friends. By the way, you can also sign up to be a sponsor directly on the website and we can provide a link directly to your business – a great way to help TCS and advertise at the same time.
