Favorite Touchstone memory:

Oh goodness, there are too many! The first one that comes to mind was fitting about 10 people into one of the tires on the playground. The playground had recently been built, and we loved playing on it! We were always trying to see how many people we could fit under one of those tires (the ones that are stuck in the ground and half is sticking up). We had so many in there, no one could move. I just remember feeling such a sense of camaraderie and accomplishment with my fellow classmates.

How did Touchstone prepare you for what you do today?

Touchstone taught me that there are a variety of ways to learn ¾ all of which are okay! Touchstone helped me to recognize and highlight the best way for me. Touchstone also prepared me to work independently. In college this is a crucial ability to have, especially in upper-level science courses and future graduate school work.
