A Touchstone education goes beyond teaching core academics; it teaches our students the habits of mind that serve them for the rest of their lives.

Adam Wells, class of 1990, tell us “Touchstone, as far back as I can remember, fostered a sort of “think outside the box” problem solving approach. This has allowed me, and other Touchstone grads I have worked with in a professional setting, to tackle a problem by approaching it with an open mindset and looking at the gray area as opposed to just the black and white.”

After Touchstone, Adam attended Whitin Middle School in Uxbridge; Uxbridge High School; University of Denver and University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

Currently, Adam serves on the Touchstone Board of Trustees. He is employed by a merchant processing company located In Phoenix, AZ as a risk analyst. He is married, and reports that he has become “hopelessly addicted to golf!”

“It is the lifelong friendships that were built at Touchstone that I carry on to this day that stand out in my mind when I think about those school years,” Adam says.
